iPhone 6 it is then, they are probably going to get some extra battery life from the IGZO so that's going to be a selling point.

IGZO's main benefit is in displaying static images, because it doesn't constantly refresh like other screens. The content gets sent to the screen once and it continues to display it until it receives something else to display.

That's my understanding anyway. I'm not sure how much benefit it will have on a smartphone where you're constantly flicking and swiping everything and making the UI update.

The other benefit is of course very high resolution displays.
