I'm sure its something I'm doing or not doing but whenever I click an icon and try to drag it some place it moves the entire screen.

I'm sure its something I'm doing or not doing but whenever I click an icon and try to drag it some place it moves the entire screen.

For me, this is working just like before. Hold down on the icon till it starts to jiggle, slide it where you want it, press home button to set.

Within iTunes?

They are not jiggling for me but I did figure it out...its a little different than before.

You have to drag the apps from the left side to the screen layout on the right.

You can also double click on the images of the home screen. It will pop up and you can them clock and move icons around.
