Help! Will upgrading IOS 7 Remove All My Messages?

Hey guys,

Quick and simple question. I have a bunch of saved text messages on my app. For those of you who made the upgrade, were these messages saved or did IOS 7 completely wipe them out? Thank you so much!

No, it doesn't wipe them.

However, in case of a problem, you should do a backup, just in case.
