iOS7 added the ability to upload videos to your shared photostreams. Has anyone been able to view these videos on their Apple TV yet? No luck here, probably have to wait for an Apple TV update?
That's my guess, considering that the new iCloud Photo Sharing feature isn't working with Apple TVs either. ATVs only see photos posted by the owner of the "collaborative" Photo Stream, none from those who the owner has invited to participate.
