I am going to plan getting the iphone 5S on Verizon to use on ATT. I know it supports ATT's LTE bands and T-mobile's as well
I have both Verizon and ATT service. But I am using my Verizon upgrade transfer to get the 5S. I mainly keep my Verizon line in my Verizon iPad cause it's unlimited data.
But anyways, does Verizon butcher or neuter the ability to change APN?
Verizon's LTE phones are sold "unlocked" But Verizon makes configuring MMS extremely difficult on many of their "unlocked" Android and Windows phones. The Verizon HTC 8X cannot even be configured for MMS on GSM carriers. I have problems with MMS on Nokia 822
Android phones must be rooted to change the APN on their unlocked phones.
So any problems with MMS etc on unlocked Verizon iPhone 5. If not, than I assume I am good with LTE and MMS on ATT using Verizon iPhone 5S.
