how do you sell a ios7 iphone? ??linked apple id

if your iphone is on ios7 its linked to a specific apple id, even if you erase and restore to factory settings it still will ask you for the origanal ,apple id it was linked too.. my question is how do i sell my used iphone now?

You turn off "Find my iPhone" before you do the restore.
