Missing threads from subscribed threads under User CP

Are you sure you're subscribed to all of them?
They also only show up in User CP if there are new posts you haven't seen. So this thread would not have shown up for you, as you were the only one who had ever posted in it (until now) and thus there were never any new posts for User CP to notify you about.
