How can I restore my iphone without upgrading to iOS 7?

Hi, everyone

I have a iphone 4 with iOS 6. And I wanna restore my iphone to factory settings. But every time when I click 'Restore iphone' from itunes, it will ask me to upgrade to iOS 7. But I don't want to use iOS 7 now.

I tried to click with 'option' key, but there is no any version selection options for me. Can anyone tell me what can I do to restore iOS 6? Thanks

Too late to downgrade from iOS 7 now, Apple stopped signing iOS 6 yesterday. http://www.iphonehacks.com/2013/09/cannot-downgrade-ios-7-ios-6-1-3-ios-6-1-4.html

You might be successful though with Settings->General->Reset->EraseAllContentAndSettings, though I'm not sure and am not going to try it.
