Yeah I noticed that too. I use Speedtest app pretty much every day and after installing the GM I noticed that it looked pretty nice on the iPad2. I couldn't figured out WTF happened and I thought it was an update by Speedtest but after installing instagram I realised that it was indeed iOS 7 made it happen.
