iPhone 5S sleep/wake button Question

So I got my 5S over the weekend and one thing I've noticed different over the iPhone 5 is the sleep/wake button. To me it feels slightly more recessed than any previous iPhone. With the new Apple leather case its actually tough to push down to wake or sleep the phone. My wife's 5S feels the same way. Anyone else notice this with the 5S?

Yes, I notice this as well. I received my 5s yesterday and a few times so far when I push the sleep/wake button it will light up the screen for half a second then go back dark and need to be pushed again to wake. Have you or your wife noticed this? I did not have this issue on my iphone 4. Thanks for your reply

Had exactly the same problem. Am on my 4th replacement now and apple have said they will do more to assist in what clearly is a problem. My friend has the gold model and there is no play whatsoever.
