A friend asked for help - she claims her iPad 3, which never had a password, somehow locked after updating to iOS 7 and won't allow her to access it until she types a password (that she has never created).
I have the feeling that she may have gotten mixed up during the update proccess and accidentally created a password, but assuming that was not the case - did this happen to anyone else? Does the iPad default to something like 1-2-3-4 if it never had a password?
