Apple has just released iOS 7.0.2, a minor new update delivering several changes including a fix for a lock screen passcode vulnerability. The new version arrives as Build 11A501 for all devices.
- Fixes bugs that could allow someone to bypass the Lock screen passcode

Apple has detailed the two passcode issues fixed in this update in a new support document.

The iOS 7.0.2 release follows the launch of iOS 7 on Wednesday, September 18. That day also saw a special release of iOS 7.0.1 specifically for the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, which launched on Friday, September 20.

YES!! Apple did the right thing. Way to go!! Too bad most of the phones are not auto-updating to this, and still running 7.0

Please, let it be less sluggish on iPhone 4, please, let it be less sluggish... You can leave that revolting icons for now, but please, let there be some speed optimizations...

Miles ahead of Android because they rolled out a bug fix to a bug that seems to happen every time they roll out a new IOS version? How about make sure there are no lockscreen passcode bypass bugs next time. That would be impressive.

How about putting the lightning bolt BACK into the battery icon so we don't have to look so hard to see that it's charging? I can only imagine the debates on moving it....

Or the play icon in the status bar while music or podcasts are playing.

You will probably be out of luck....word on the street is to NOT add iOS7 to the 4, and perhaps not the 4S. Time to step up to a 5S!

BTW, the update is not showing up on the east coast....any luck out there?
