They exist everywhere.

I'm actually not swayed by the tactic, because it's been used against liberals as easily as it's used in this case against conservatives.

Ask a lot of people a question.

Edit out all the right answers.

Show only the dummies.

Yes I know they edited out the ones who knew better for comedy purposes. But talking out your hole when you are clueless has always been baffling to me, basically speaking more on important issues. And I doubt they ran into more people who admitted they don't know or actually was knowledgeable, than the ones shown in the video.
