Deleting City From Weather App

Swipe right to left when looking at multiple cities or click on the 3 lines on the bottom right.

If you're referring to the city that is your current location, you need to turn off location services for the weather app.

Click on the three lines at bottom right corner to see multiple city view.
Then touch bar of city you want to delete, hold and swipe right to left.
You will see a red delete box at the right corner of the city bar.

If you don't see it, keep trying. It is a little finicky. If you hold too long it will highlight the city bar to move its viewing order.
