This.... I use Viber and WhatsApp all the time [ unlimited data ] for overseas calls and text.

No, I will buy an iPhone 5C as a gift to be used overseas,but I went to Apple app store and there are a few complains that WhatsApp isn't working with the new IOS 7.I have the Note 2.
People are complaining in reviews about how it looks, what's that got to do with how it works?
Do you have any links to actual articles or stories on Internet sites saying whatsapp doesn't work?
