App store and Apple ID problem

I logged out of the App store and now when I click on Sign in, the button does nothing. Restart of the phone or force close of the app store doesn't help.
Before I logged out, all programs I recently downloaded showed an Update in Updates. Weird!

Same with iTunes radio and the iTunes & App Store menu in Settings.
The loading when I click Sign In just goes on forever!
