In the process of trying to recover from a HD failure & trying to recover my iTunes/music I'm discovering that there are music files on my iPod that appear corrupt/invisible:

The difference between the number of songs I can browser via mounting my iPod and poking around is vastly smaller than those iTunes can see from viewing my mounted iPod. There are a number of .F** folders that look like there is nothing in them yet where are the songs that iTunes sees, but I cannot?

Can you work out which songs aren't transferring? What format are they and do they have some sort of protection? FWIW, I've found that my iPod doesn't always transfer everything and it used to leave some MP3s off. iTunes showed me a message telling me so I converted them (to MP3 again) using the Advanced menu and now they transfer fine. :)
