My iPad 2 had its glass smashed which i used for a few weeks as it was since i don't use it that often but I noticed that whatever room I took it into, within a 2 bedroom apartment, it worked fine.
I just had the glass repaired the other day and now it no longer works in the other end of the apartment when I am behind a door, such as the washroom or in my bedroom.
Can anyone tell me what would the repair person have done that caused this?

DONT WANT TO ANSWER MYSELF BUT IT TURNS OUT that it would have been damaged when repaired and the person is going to fix it---this was all news to me
