Hi all,

I can't find a clear answer by googling so hoping someone can help.

For some reason photos from one camera will import into my iPad (4th generation 64GB), but not the other. The only thing I can think of is that the camera that works puts out rather small files (8MB JPGs) and the one that doesn't puts out rather large files (25-30MB JPGs).

Tried different cards on each, which makes no difference and all else the same, the only thing I can think of is the files may be too big.

Does anybody know if this is true, and if so, what is the maximum file size the iPad will take? I've seen in some forums that the iPad automatically downsizes photos if needed, but this doesn't happen. All I get is a red circle with a white exclamation mark in it over each failed photo upload.

Many thanks!
