Slow Mo videos deosn't work after downloading into the Mac via iPhoto

Dear all,

When I transferred these slow mo videos taken using the iPhone 5s into my Mac via iPhoto, it played back at the normal speed though out.

Is there a way I can get it to play like as it should on my iPhone?
