I need a video file back very badly, and I'm trying to use Stellar Phoenix to retrieve it. However, for the past four hours, the program says "Initializing Stellar Phoenix", and the black bar has been loading. I really need help. I've tried re-installing it and downloading it from other websites already. Any advice?
