Webcam help!!

i just picked up a new external webcam that i needed to accomplish what i am doing on line...

the website i am using is breakers.tv if that helps anyone...anyways

i need to know how i can switch between my external webcam INSTEAD of the macbook pro webcam on my computer...

the mac webcam is the default camera it uses, even if the external webcam is plugged in and running...

i need help and i need it ASAP lol

You should be able to configure which device is used on the site. Your best bet is to simply ask them how that is done if you cannot find an options button anywhere.

Flash is very popular for applications like these on the web and if they are using that, there should be an options button where you can select your preferred device from among those available, so your external vs built-in cam.

Right clicking on the cam display window when flash is used should open a menu that gives you the option to do this too I believe. So you might try that.
