100MB iTunes limit over cellular

It appears the limit for downloads over cellular has been moved to 100 MB from 25 MB. Is this unique to iOS 7.0.3 or earlier software?

Not new to 7.0.3 but is new to iOS 7.

It was moved up to 50 MB a while back, around iOS 6 if not even iOS 5 release timeframe. And it was pushed up to 100 MB around the iOS 7 release.

I actually get annoyed that there isn't an 'ignore' option and still download it anyway. I have unlimited downloads. Uh.

The cell providers don't really want for that kind of option to be available to the users.

3G unrestricter is the answer but you'll have to wait for the iOS 7 jailbreak to be released.
