I successfully upgraded to OS X Mavericks upon its release yesterday. So far everything is working very well (fingers crossed) with one exception. Amazon Cloud Drive will no longer start. Whenever I click on it to start it, nothing happens. I have become quite reliant on Cloud Drive after moving off of Dropbox.

Can anyone assist or provide a remedy for Amazon Cloud Drive?

Thanks!

cloud drive

I have the same issue. I looks like the application is the same version it has been for weeks. Have you had any luck fixing this yourself or are we waiting on Amazon?

Surprisingly, I haven't seen a lot of posts about this being broken which makes me think I just need to clear out cached files to fix it or something similar.

UPDATE: I got it working. The thing that finally got it working was to delete the /Library/Java folder. Then when I relaunched the cloud drive, it prompted me to install the JRE again and the contents of the folder were rebuilt. Now it's working.

I also installed Java v7 from java.com, but I don't think that helped.
