13in Retina, video corruption with Mavericks

Guess I'm not the only one with this issue, although I'm on a 2010 15" MBP.

Everything appears fine at first, but then after a bit of use things start going downhill. The drop shadows around windows tend to glitch the most, but things like icons and window contents can also glitch too.
