Hey Guys,

I'd really like to know, hows the new 13" model with Intel Iris handles World of Warcraft. I know it has enough power for this game, but how loud are the fans running while gaming?
Would be nice if anyone who already purchased it could say something about it :)

You're playing a game with a integrated card. Probably the fans will be always rocking out at maximum! :)

I have a 2011, 17'' Macbook Pro, and when i used to play WoW, the normal temperature was about 75-85ºC and the fans were always at least at 3500-4000 rpm's. In crowded areas or during a raid fight they would go up to the maximum rpm.

I would like to know that, too.

On MBA it works pretty well (both on battery and with cable power), fps is 30+ on medium details (shadows off) and native res. Really wonder how it works on rMPB.

Not on native res of course, but 1280x900 for exampe (default res) maxed out (shadows on medium / horizon medium / rest maxed).
