I just bought the new MacBook Pro base model 15" and wanted to hear from others who have made the same purchase what they thought.

No, many people do but the people in this forum probably get the highest config available. What you see here are not normal users, many are power users with bigger needs than the base model.

Did you do any upgrades to the base model or did you order it as it is?

Just checked out the video which is a great review but from whatching it I see that the cpu is slower in the base model or am I watching it wrong?
