I clicked who cares, but probably more like 1, 2,3, 4, 5
If there was a place to click to TERMINATE another silly thread like this, I would have clicked that.
Now, here are the important questions that need answering:
1 - What color should my kids get?
2 - How many 64gb Verizon units will New York City have at 4pm saturday?
3 - What time will my brother need to arrive to get in line?
4 - Which is better, Mini or Air?
5 - What is coverage like in Orlando with Verizon as I am going to visit my uncle next month?
6 - What size ipad should my sister buy?

Ipad 3 and Ipad 4 were both known as 'the new ipad' and 'ipad w/ retina display'... They launched the ipad 4 the same way as ipad 3, calling them both 'the new ipad', and ipad w/ retina was the designation given on the store.
I hate to burst your bubble, actually, I love bursting people's bubble. Apple never referred to the 4th generation iPad as the New iPad
