Cannot restore my back-up from iCloud!! "Lost Network Connection" issue!

NEED HELP ASAP!!

I cannot restore my back-up from iCloud.
I really really need to take out my photos from iCloud so bad.

I've moved to 3 different wi-fi area to solve this problem but the result is totally same.

Does anyone have this same issue now?
Please help if you know something for this.
