If this is what I think it is, you will be seeing a cabinet that the equipment is placed into. It is not a replacement for the computer case. These things are very common in recording and video studios.

The units I have seen generally consist of a metal cabinet with a couple of inches of insulation on the inside walls, a clear plastic door so you can see inside, and a sealer gasket that keeps dust out and the noise in.
