Difference between 2.4 and 2.5 i5?

Looking to buy the new RMBP, but looking at the spec.. only has 2.4 Ghz i5... my Mini has 2.5 Ghz i5, and even the lower priced MacBook Pro (Without Retina) has 2.5Ghz i5.

Is the new 2.4Ghz i5 on the RMBP better than the 2.5Ghz i5?
