iPod touch iphone 4 7,0,3 jailbreak?

No. (No way a Jailbreak works from within a browser window - you can see that the 'app' is a Google Chrome browser window.)
If there is a jailbreak available, it will be all over the Jailbreak forum here, as well as on Evad3rs Twitter and http://evasi0n.com, among other places.
If I recall correctly, it was for iOS 4 (jailbreakme)
Edit: never mind, it did support 3.2.1 but I don't think the iPod touch 2nd gen ever got that version so that's why I didn't know
Yes, but you browsed to it on your iDevice - it didn't run in a browser on your computer... Google Chrome has no way to communicate with the iPhone, it can't talk to USB peripherals directly.
Thanks for the links. i want to reactivate my 4s to take on holiday which i updated but need jailbreak to get it running on a different carrier.
