iPad Any good way to blur iPad wallpaper

I would like to create a blur effect for my iPad homescreen but every app I find can only do iPhone size photos. Any ideas?

Have you tried Facetune? Use the defocus option.

There is an App in the store called "Blur". Just search for it, it can do ipad Walls.

InstaEffect FX Free does blur with special effect too, that's what i'm using : https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/instaeffect-fx-free-instant/id595875412

My iphone blurs the lockscreen for pass code but not the control panel why
