Mavericks: Finder refreshing files on network share very slowly
we are facing a really annoying behavior with the Finder in Mavericks.
It seems to somewhat cache the files and even the contents of files (tested with smaller text files).
For example, when I edit a file on the network drive via SSH on the server, it won't take effect in the Finder for at least 10-30 seconds. This is extremely irritating since even the contents of the file don't seem to show up when accessing the file via Finder.
We tried mounting the network drives via SMB, AFP, CIFS and the regular SMB2 that they now use.
This never happened before the Mavericks upgrade, and it now happens for both of our iMacs and also the Macbook Pro.
Do any of you guys have the same problems or know of a way to go at it?
