Any one tried Macbook 2.4GHZ with MAVericks?

You need at least core 2 duo. regular duo is not 64 bits and won't work.

As far As I know, correct me if i'm wrong. But there were no 2.4GHZ macs made with a core duo processor. The 2.4GHZ models all had a Core 2 duo processor or better. So I assume the op has a Core 2 duo.

I'm Running a mid 2010 White unibody macbook 2.4GHZ Core 2 duo and it runs perfectly on mavericks. The battery life has improved and it seems more responsive compared to Mountain Lion and Lion. I'd definitely recommend the upgrade to mavericks if your Macbook supports it, It's given my macbook a new lease of life.
