My sister gave me her iPhone 4 since she got a new iPhone 5C. The iPhone is in Recovery Mode and she doesn't know how it got like that. The power button is broken so I used redsn0w to get it into DFU mode but when I click "Recovery Fix" in redsn0w I get a "Missing keys.plist for this build" error. I was going to try TinyUmbrella but it won't recognize her iPhone. Does anyone know how I can finally fix it? Oh btw when I plug it into the computer and click on "Recover" in iTunes it will finish and say "Your iPhone has been restored to factory settings etc." but goes right back into Recovery Mode.

Sounds like it has a hardware issue.
Don't bother with any JB tools.
If its in working order it will restore fine just by using iTunes.

When I click restore in iTunes it says it's restored to factory settings, but then goes right back into recovery mode.
