Notification Center and Outlook

I just want to make sure I'm not on crack here. I see in 10.9 Outlook natively shows up as an App in settings for Notification Center (as does Google Notifier). But neither of them ever appear in the actual Notification Center.

Is this an issue, or is it my machine? Inquiring minds want to know!

I don't see Outlook 2011 v14.3.8 show up in my NC. I don't think it supports it natively.

Have you installed any add-ons for it?

No add-ons (like Growl). It's a fluke maybe? Here it is though:
