I recently updated the office computers to Mavericks and since the update they don't recognize the printer. I can't find new drivers for the updated OS in Samsung's website and reinstalling the old ones doesn't solve the problem.
Do you have any ideas on how I can solve this?
If I can't find a solution I'll have to get a new printer, but this one is just about a year old, so any help is greatly appreciated.
