I had to replace my hard drive for the second time on my imac27 i7, due to Apple's previous replacement being bad (which also cost me a third graphic card, but that's another story...) The people who replaced the drive thought it nice to upgrade my system from snow leopard to mountain lion. The problem now Is that some of the keys, including the mighty Alt, don't work. As I use my mac mainly for the Adobe suite, I'm stuck!
Any advice or people with similar problems?
P.S. I'm in Vietnam and my poor command of the language stops me from being thorough when I go to the repair shop.
