Any ideas on this one? My father, in Japan, just got an iPad Air and downloaded Maverick on his iMac. When he hooked up his iPad to his iMac to syn, all worked as expected except for one thing. The photo check boxes were all grayed out. There was nothing there so he couldnt sync his photos that he wanted.
He is running the latest iTunes. He also called Apple Japan support and they called Apple America because they couldn't figure it out. No luck with them so I am turning here. Eight years ago when I switched to Macs this website turned out to be a godsend. I'm hoping someone has some answers.
