Can a ATV2 with Software version 6.0.1 be jailbroken (for XMBC use) or reversed back to 5.0.2?

When you say 6.01 you mean IOS 7.0.3 which is AppleTV version or IOS 6.01 which is AppleTV version 5.1.1?
