Carrier Tethering Speeds on iPad

Hi,

I am wondering what speeds you guys are getting when you tether your 4G LTE iPad. Do you experience any disconnects? I've read several threads about this but I am looking to see if replacing my Verizon Mifi with an iPad is a viable option.

Speed Test Pics would be helpful. :D

** Planning on the buying the Air

I have never done a speed test of my iPad on LTE because I don't want to waste the data.. but both my kids can stream netflix while using my iPad as a hotspot. I don't have a lot of connection issues.

Per Speedtest

11/20 at 7:40am at my office in LA (strong signal):

Down: 74.47
Up: 22.98
Ping: 47

Just now at my house near the beach (weaker signal):

Down: 15.50
Up: 4.45
Ping: 41
