Hello all,

So I know you can drag a file/folder from finder into terminal and it will show you its file path... most of the time.

But sometimes at the moment it just refuses to drop the file into terminal. It make the iconic 'bong' sound and the text floats off away from the terminal windows back to where it came from.

I am trying to use rsync and it will drop the first folder path in, but not the second?? Anyone know what's going on?

New here so didn't really know where to post this

What happens if you open another Terminal window and try dragging the same path to that?

Could it be something specific to the way you are dragging two paths to one window?
