Get a refurbished one from Apple for $75 with free shipping.
Can't beat that deal. And the refurbished one comes with all the same warrantees as the "brand new" one. So it is a no-brainer.

$89 at Amazon is the best & all I've seen. Refurb may be a good idea, if you can get it.

For the recent gen ATV? No doubt you can find someone willing to part with one for about $50-60. The iPad 2 is still fetching a pretty penny.
