Does this happen to anyone else?

I opened Safari, and it was on apple's "iforgot.apple.com" site asking for an ID to reset password.

I had it a couple weeks ago, and I thought I must've tapped on a wrong field that took me there.

But today I went from one app to safari, and it was on the site again. My browsing history and multi tasking apps don't suggest how I could've got there.

SO my question is, does Safari occasionally have hiccups with identifying you (maybe for iCloud bookmarks or keychain or something), and then just automatically take you to the iforgot site?
