Hi All

Has anyone managed to get hold of one of these yet? And if so, does it work with the Mac Pro?

It's looking to be around twice as fast as the other pcie options (excluding SAS/DAS setups)

the performance seems to be about the same as for an OWC accelsior, slightly cheaper though but the OWC should be better for macs.. or?

OWC card is up to 820MB/s 100k iops from their website

Mushkin Scorpion deluxe is 2160MB/s 107k iops. You might be looking at the non deluxe?

it's also single pcie, but takes 4 sticks, which i'm guessing is how it gets double the read speed, and will take twice the capacity.

I can't find any in the UK otherwise i'd probably try out the smallest version.
