Cannot open rar files in parts, previously used far extractor very well

Hello,

I bought a new macbook air 2 months back and loving it.

However I downloaded a file which came in 5 parts {far} and i am unable to open it.

Step 1: I download the files as can be seen in image 1.

Step 2: I extracted the files, as in image 2.

Step 3: The folded extracted using far extractor contained all the files as shown in image 3

step 4: I extracted all the files shown in image 3 and copied them all into one folder

step 5: i tried to extract the contents as shown in image 5, but could not open it as shown in image 5.

Please help me extract these files.
