Selective Muting App

I would like to know if there is an app that can mute all sound on the MacBook except for on one application, e.g. iTunes or Spotify. Seems like such a thing would be nice to have to avoid that horrible noise when two pieces of music are played at once on a browser or otherwise. I don't even know if this is a thing that exists, though.
