But I've been having problems all morning on all my devices. I'm on the east coast.

The worst part is the apple system status says green. http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/

The thread suggests apple has acknowledged the problem. What the hell is the point of system status if you aren't going to keep it accurate?

It's not down here in Virginia in the USA. Where are you located?

I'm in MD. I got off the phone with Teir 2 and they told me its a known issue.

WTF. If its a known issue and its been happening for 17 hours can't you tell your Teir 1 people? Or update your own status page?

Having the same issue here in Illinois. Spent an hour on the phone with AppleCare last night trying to sort things out before they finally told me that they'd been getting a lot of "these calls" and it probably wasn't an issue on my end. Oh well. I guess we just sit and wait.

Same here in Western Mass, I even changed my password, which it let me do , but then failed on verification
