Pop Up Ads in Safari with pop up blocker on...

Ever since I upgraded to Mavericks, I now get these ridiculous pop up ads ever so often. It happens on my iPhone too!

Is anyone else having this issue? Any clue on how I can get rid of them? Seems like I tried everything. Even restoring the computer and phone...still there!

I use adblock for Safari and Chrome on my Mac and it is working very well, I never see any popups... As for the iPhone, I don't have any advice, some popups do appear on some pages...
